As Co-owner, I cast a new vision for the My Comm Team partners in order to establish the organization as a strategic consultant in the ministry and non-profit space. With over seven years of experience as a unified team and 50+ years of combined design and consulting experience My Comm Team was uniquely poised to leverage that history for maximum impact. We reorganized around the consulting idea and have engaged multiple clients in this space.
The new web site clearly articulates this revised vision and outlines the My Comm Team process of strategic design and consulting. My role was in clarifying the process and developing content to clearly explain the My Comm Team difference.
By leveraging this vision to make an impact along with many years of experience, My Comm Team is positioned to expand it’s influence and is developing other strategic consulting offerings including Mentoring & Discipleship, Technology Optimization & Integration and Community Engagement & Missions. My Comm Team billing is over $200,000 each year and has served over 80 clients throughout it’s history.

One of the many high impact clients My Comm Team has served over the years is Living on the Edge with Chip Ingram. As a long-time client of My Comm Team this organization has a global reach. My Comm Team has applied the strategic design process to hundreds of projects over the last several years. In the last two years alone, this process has supported over $3,000,000 in fundraising for Living on the Edge.
Our team has developed deep relationships with the Living on the Edge staff and is a trusted partner on a host of projects including: Product Design, Marketing Consulting, Web Design and more.
This relationship has resulted in major fundraising and product sales dollars being added to the ministry budget and has given Living in the Edge the ability to seamlessly hand off projects with significant ministry impact.
